I have found that accepting what is, and what is coming, makes for a far better life now than what I call "banging one's head against a wall", by railing about the failure of so many people to take care of the environment. And what those optimists will do when the evidence becomes so overwhelming even they can no longer deny it, is horrific to consider. Or possibly, they will die still believing.
